Terms and Conditions

1. 

Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the course of their trade, business, or profession.

Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Andreas Katikos.

By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.

You may place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided in the ordering process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive confirmation by email.

3. 

Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text

The language available for concluding the contract is German.

We do not store the contract text.

4. 

Delivery Conditions

Shipping Options:

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the order process.

Delivery is made by shipping only. Self-collection is not possible.

5. 

Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

• Credit Card: You enter your credit card details during the order process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
• Apple Pay: To use Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay activated, and confirm the payment with your credentials. The transaction is processed immediately after placing the order.
• Google Pay: To use Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have Google Pay activated, and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed immediately after placing the order.
• Klarna (in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB):
  
• Klarna Invoice: Pay within 14 days after shipment and receipt of the invoice. Klarna may offer additional payment options based on your profile, which we cannot influence.
• Klarna Credit Card: You provide your card details during checkout. Klarna charges the card immediately. No credit check is performed.
• Klarna Direct Debit: You authorize Klarna via SEPA direct debit. You will be notified in advance of the charge (pre-notification). The debit occurs after shipment.
• Klarna Installments: Pay monthly with a minimum of 1/24 of the total amount or €6.95. Klarna may offer additional installment options. These are subject to Klarna’s terms.

• PayPal / PayPal Express: To pay with PayPal, you must be registered, log in, and confirm the payment. PayPal processes the transaction immediately. Additional payment methods may be offered by PayPal based on your account. These are independent of us.
• PayPal Services: Additional PayPal payment options may be available even without registration. Details are provided during checkout.
• Sofort by Klarna: To pay via Sofort, you need an online banking-enabled account. Confirm your identity and authorize the payment. Your account is charged immediately.

Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply.

7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Any additional guarantees and their specific conditions will be stated with the product or on dedicated information pages in the online shop.

8. 

Liability

We are fully liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in the following cases:

• Injury to life, body, or health
• Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• Guarantee promises (where agreed)
• Where the Product Liability Act applies

For breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access here.

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
